In 2021, a total of 4.77 million sets of industrial sewing machine products will be exported in my country, with an amount of 1.541 billion US dollars, an increase of 22.10% and 48.07% respectively year-on-year, and also a record high in the export of this product industry. The export volume of embroidery machine products is 31,200 units (unit price is more than 2,000 US dollars), and the export value is 345 million US dollars. The volume and value increase by 60.41% and 81.43% respectively.
From the perspective of various continental markets, in 2021, my country's exports of sewing machinery products to Asia, Africa, Europe, and North and South America will all show significant double-digit growth, of which the amount exported to the Asian market is as high as 1.981 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 39.33%; The value of exports to the European market was 358 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 22.16%; the value of exports to the South American market was 297 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 41.54%; the value of exports to the African market was 291 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 22.00%; the value of exports to the North American market was 202 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase 10.38%; the value of exports to Oceania was 16.24 million US dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 2.10%.
From the perspective of the regional market, in 2021, my country's exports of sewing machinery products to countries along the "Belt and Road" will reach US$1.967 billion, a year-on-year increase of 43.63%, accounting for 62.53% of the industry's exports, an increase of 4.57 percentage points over the same period last year. Among the regional markets, my country's exports to the ASEAN market amounted to nearly US$800 million, a year-on-year increase of 38.81%; exports to the South Asian market were US$604 million, a year-on-year increase of 71.67%; exports to the West Asian market were US$2.45, a year-on-year increase of 21.20%; exports to the European Union The market export value was 2.4 US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 9.56%; the export value to the Central Asian market was 83.06 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 70.57%; the export value to the East Asian market was 180 million US dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 8.25%.
From the perspective of specific country markets, among the 196 overseas markets exported by the industry in 2021, 144 markets have positive year-on-year export value growth, and the top 14 markets in terms of export value have positive year-on-year export value growth. Among them, Vietnam ranks first in my country's industry export market, and my country's exports of sewing machinery products in 2021 will reach 366 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 32.52%, accounting for 11.65% of the industry's total exports; India and the United States rank among my country's The second and third largest export markets in the industry, my country's exports of sewing machinery products in 2021 will be 294 million U.S. dollars and 184 million U.S. dollars respectively, both with double-digit growth year-on-year.
